This Lucky Life

John de Ruiter speaking to a gathering in Byron Bay, Australia  (2012)
'It is hard to find a being of great wisdom; rare are the places in which they are born. Those who surround them when they appear know good fortune indeed.'
- Dhammapada, verse 193

The above quote, attributed to Buddha some two and a half thousand years ago, is just as true today as it was back then. Attending John de Ruiter's meetings, and sometimes sitting with him in a more social context, is such a delight and such a gift.

Last week I enjoyed another Dialogue Session with John where he answered more of your questions. In the ensuing Podcast, you can hear him speaking most meaningfully about relationship and about marriage
He speaks too of profound sincerity and on how to go deeper within... It was a great  session and one you can listen to again and again; there's so much in it! Simply click here to go to the Podcast, sit back, relax and enjoy...

Unlike Buddha, we live in an age of jet travel and so there is a lot more opportunity to sit with John as he travels the world giving meetings. Later in the year he'll be going to Germany (twice), to the UK and to the Netherlands. For more information on attending these international meetings, or if you would like information about attending a Seminar here in Edmonton, then please click here.

As always, please type any new questions for John in the 'comments' below.

Until next time,
Love,
Shanti

  2. Thanks for posting these Shanti. It's always nice to here John speak, but especially when he addresses things that are relevant in your present life circumstances. I also thought you did a great job of facilitating the whole conversation. - KC

  4. Please ask John this question: I have heard you say that being 'home' is more important than awakening or enlightenment. What does it mean to be home? And what allows me to live 'home'? Connie Jolaine

  5. Shanti, please ask John a question about belief. "John, could you please say something about the power and the nature of belief and about how we can choose to believe what's true - rather than believing what we fear or even what we want?" Anonymous

John how do I get to know wheather it´s true or not for me to give birth to a child. I have looked and looked deeply within over many years and didn´t get any clear answer. PLEASE HELP ME ...cause im 44 years now and it makes me so sad. Sorry it´s not seemingly a spiritual question, but it´s so in my HEART.
