The Integration after the Download

 I think we are pretty much all agreed here that the recent Winter Seminar was super strong and pretty amazing.  It leaves us with plenty to integrate, for sure.  Below are a few more snippets from this year's wonderful Winter Seminar with John:

"You're infusing your environment

with what you're being in your heart."

 "Concerning anything that is real,

if your being isn't in it,

it's not real.

Your self tells you what is real

in physical reality.

The presence of your own being 

tells you what is much more deeply real,

within everythinbg.

When you are warmed within toward someone else,

you can See,

but having thoughts and feelings

toward someone else

doesn't mean you can See.

It's through your thinking and your feeling 

that you believe you See,

but it's when you are warmed within toward someone

that you Know you See.

It is through your own being

that you can See;

that you can really see someone."

of your sexuality

without having any use 

of that movement

for your self -

while you are unconditionally 

dwelling in your heart -

and the movement of your sexuality

will naturally directly reconnect to your being,

just as you do

when you're in your heart."
