The Little Flame Within

John is in magical India right now about to give five precious days of meetings in Tiruvannamalai, for more information on that, just click here.  Before he left however, he gave us some pretty wonderful meetings right here in Edmonton on Sunday.  Those meetings were so good, that I'm going to devote the rest of this Post to snippetville for you, firstly from Sunday's afternoon meeting:

"To be in core-splitting willingness

means that you in your self 

are in unstoppable response

to what you know in your heart."

"Unstoppable willingness;

the willingness in your self to be 

what you are in your heart."

*

"An unstoppable little flame.

A little flame in your will

that exists to be and to burn

for what you know in your heart.

If it is a fire then it is zeal.

When it is a little flame

that is unstoppable, 

then it is core-splitting willingness.

It will change all of your self."

And from Sunday's evening meeting:

"Without your self there is no story.

Without your self there is

no story to feel and think and tell."

"The deeper levels within,

when you're in them,

thrive on difficulty and ease."

"The deeper levels within represent you.

What you experience in your self 

doesn't represent you."

"The deeper levels in you 

come into your heart by you

giving them matter."

*

"Anything that is 

mattering in your self,

given to the deeper levels -

as soon as it's received 

from within deeper levels,

it's transformed,

enabling you,

from within the deeper levels,

to give into your self

what is like antimatter."

"Reality is experienced in your self

but known from within the deeper levels."

*

"Give all to the deeper levels.

It isn't in your self, 

as you experience, that you live,

it is in the exchange that you live.

For your evolution as awareness,

your deeper levels within

needs everything your self has.

And your self needs everything 

your deeper levels have. 

The exchange, through you,

needs to take place for you

 to really live."

True Alchemy

"The alchemy of response

opens the power of change."

Thus spoke John during Sunday's evening meeting and, directly preceding the above statement, he said, "You turn into what you're responding to."

Ah yes, that ever-present choice of what to give one's belief and energy to; either to an old pattern or to something new, something deeper, more tender and altogether more unseen ... 

And from the afternoon meeting on Sunday:

"Core-splitting honesty

is you, as awareness, being honest to Knowing

within the deepest that you have awakened to.

It makes the deepest 

that you have awakened to,

your real and living context for everything.

That makes real that the deepest

you've awakened to 

is what all of your forms are for,

It's what they belong to.

It is what moves them.

Whatever change that comes

because of that movement

that you remain true to the deepest

you've awakened to."

The Walk after the Talk

As life returns somewhat to normal, after two weeks of soaking in the other-worldly Winter Seminar, it is interesting to note what has really changed in me and what still needs to be integrated.  It is lovely, for sure, to spend time out of one's normal routine and participate in a true spiritual retreat where what is most true and what is most loved is spread daily before you, like a feast from heaven and where you can eat to your heart's content.  Being thrown, as it were, back into the daily routines of life, in a world not exactly heavenly, can feel pretty rough.  Yet I see the value, the goodness, the necessity of going back into one's daily life, where that banquet of goodness and nurture is no longer so evidently laid out for you.  The contrast itself is so helpful to see.   In the willingness to keep moving forward, it's good to see what new ground has been realized and to tend that new ground by walking on it, by keeping one's feet in it.  

Before I sign off, a little snippet from last night's meeting, where John pulled no punches and told it like it is:

"You're not going to survive,

you're going to die.

What you came in with isn't meant to survive."

"You're not given everything that you have

so that you can have an experience

or the experiences of life.

You're given everything you have

so that you can manifest what you first are

within these forms.

It's an opportunity that you're given."

"Your self will show you

what you live for.

Shift your orientation as awareness 

to living for what you know.

There isn't really anything else.

Everything else will pass away.

Your time in a body is short.

It isn't going to go on and on.

Whatever you use your time for,

your time, in a body, is short.

The reality of that

begs that you be clear."

This Powerful Seminar

Indeed, this has undoubtedly been the most powerful Seminar of all that I have attended.  The other day in the cafe John confirmed to me that what I sensed this Seminar is predominantly all about, is him upping his transmission to a higher and finer frequency, enabling the greater awakening of our deeper bodies.  The effects of this new surge of unseen power affects people in different ways (all to the Good), from unusual physical sensations to more heaving of whatever in us needs to rise to the surface to be seen and integrated into what is Deeper and more profound.  I have been through several shifts during this Seminar, particularly since my time in the Chair with John in the New Year's Eve meeting, and I am hard-pressed to put words to what I'm in right now, save to say it is So Good, oh, so Good ...

And of course, aside from what is occurring in the Unseen, John has also given us more real wisdom, and in that, more opportunity for real and true awakening:

Regarding opening and responding to what you Know the truth of in your heart:
 

 "The goodness in you

is worthy of your response."

And, in response to a question regarding moving a deeper body and entering:

"When you're moving as It,

you don't need a sense of entering.

You expect a sense of entering

which takes you out of moving as  It."

 The next snippet is from a talk in which John was speaking of having a mix in the attitude of your self that comes from having a mix that is in your heart.  He said that real freedom is when you are in your heart and have wiped your self clean out of it, "where you are only your own beingness."

"When you are free of your self in your heart,

your labouring within your self is therapeutic to your self.

It is a constant blend into your self 

of what your own being is: 

The movement of love,

enjoying being at work in your self.

The movement of love

enjoying making a change in your self.

The enjoyment of application."

Winter Wonderful

Happy New Year!

Wow!  What a magical start to the New Year! I am referring to the fantastic NYE party at Oasis last night, for which everyone dressed in the most magical attire ... there was everything from Princess Leia to extraordinarily tall mythical forest creatures.  Really I don't think I've ever seen so much creativity and energy in one room.  It was really something to be a part of.  And then there was Eli Johnson, a dear old gentleman who came to the party with Baba, who was overheard commenting that "there's a lot of love here.. and different realms."  I don't have a photo of Eli to show you, but if I did, trust me, you would never have guessed that he was none other than John himself, in the most brilliant disguise.  What I found most interesting was that, despite the fact that he had altered his appearance so utterly, including changing the colour of his skin, wearing brown contact lenses and shuffling around with a cane, he was the same.  When I looked into Eli's eyes, it was the same energy transmission - and so it was wonderfully different to see and to know that what we are on the surface isn't what's really going on ...

And yesterday was also magical for me because I went to the Chair and John once again took me into the Deep with him and downloaded me with that most invisible and divine other-worldly food.  Mmmmmm ... ..

Before I sign off, for those of you not able to be here, a few Golden Snippets from this truly amazing Seminar so far:

"This reality is protected from being able to perceive

and enter Greater Reality until it's ready.

When it's ready Greater Reality moves,

calling reality forward,

but it doesn't call forward reality on it's own,

it has to come through people.  

And in doing so, awareness within people

is apprehended by the direct Knowing of reality

that is beyond reality as we've known it.

The change of reality is made real and actual 

through people first.

It's made real through the power holders."
