What fills the Heart

It's been a busy week full of surprises and Goodness, the highlight of which was another dialogue session with John yesterday.  After the tremendous difficulty and darkness of my previous week, it is so good to be back in what I Know the Truth of in my heart and now it is clearer than ever that it is the only True and good place to be ...  The recorded dialogue with John will take a few weeks before it can be uploaded as a Podcast so here's a little taste in advance:

"Home has to be based on the deeper and not on the superficial. So instead of making your home in your self, or in your person, or in this world, you make your home, as awareness, in what you know. That is what fills your heart and it's such knowing-filled heart that awareness is holding, that is brought into your self, that is brought into your person and that is brought into you living in this world.  So then you are at home in this world but from within a level that has nothing to do with your self or this world."

I find that cutting edges abound for me these days and I love it - stepping up and stepping up - in that, the willingness to see more and move past it all is what works.

And almost upon us is the Spring Seminar which begins this coming Thursday and will last for a most precious week.
John is being so masterful right now in guiding us further and deeper and higher so that, as we step up individually that resonates outwards in a never-ending ripple of Goodness...

Being as so many questions were answered by John in the session yesterday - the Blog door is now wide open for new questions - simply type your question for John in the 'comments' below - and thank you.

Until next time,
Love,

Rumours

It's a difficult time for me right now and in that of course I can be in my little bit.  That helps, as does Fleetwood Mac.  With little to say and not much time to do this Post, I can only offer some lines from their albums 'Rumours' and their 'Greatest Hits':

" Oh thunder only happens when it's raining
Players only love you when they're playing ..."

"And I wish you all the love in the world
But most of all, I wish it from myself
And the songbirds keep singing
Like they know the score..."

Sorry it's not better - right now, it's all I've got.

Until next time,
Love,
Shanti

Confessions of a Busy Blogger

John in Israel, Jan. 2013

Yes, life's been pretty busy this past week and it is truly amazing how time flies these days... and now I am looking forward to seeing John back at Oasis on Friday; only three more sleeps!

I still find that most nights I wake up and am awake for what seems to be several hours.  During this time, I actually enjoy myself as it is such a quiet time and sleep is not forthcoming, so I relax and go exploring with awareness ... This results in some interesting experiences and insights, although mostly it is very difficult to describe as it is of what is altogether deeper and more subtle ... I can say though that it is all more 'me' than what I'm relating from most of the time during the day, and this gap cannot close fast enough as far as I am concerned!  And I love that about John, how different he is, because he is being a being, amongst us.  And it's still predominantly when I am alone (aside from attending the meetings with John) that I am able to just be a being.

When I don't have to rush up and about first thing in the morning, I also enjoy that time of just waking up.  I notice that in that first minute or so, I can go within and enjoy the loveliness of beingness with all the exquisite accompanying sensations.  The other morning I found that I was in that deeper and lovelier state, and then thoughts took me away from that and as soon as I noticed what was happening, I found I was able to float easilly back into This ... this went back and forth several times and, rather than get frustrated, I actually loved the difference because it made it all so clear once again.  And part of that difference was the tension and tightness in my body from worrisome thinking and then the softening into what was so fresh and clean and clear.  It really is two different worlds and I am loving having the chance to become that other, lovelier, more real and true world; to come from what I Know in my living.  It is happening more and more.  And in that my body is a constant feedback machine which helps me to notice where I'm coming from/what I'm believing/what I'm being ...  And of course, John is a monumental help.  And my friends, and ... just about everything really, just whatever I can notice.

And a bit of good news before I sign off, which is that I get to ask John some more of your questions which have been sent in soon - and I can hardly wait!  There are some really fabulous ones!  It'll be another few weeks until it happens and then I'll be uploading the recording as soon as I can.

Until next time,
Wishing you subtleties of Goodness in your days and in your nights!
Love,
Shanti

Growing Goodness

When John is away, as he is at present, then it's a time for integrating and seeing how I am in life's ups and downs, without the support of John's physical presence and the goodness of his transmission in the meetings.  He's currently in my old stomping ground of Byron Bay (8-11 March) and for more info on that, or on the upcoming Spring Seminar in Edmonton, click here.

There's been both ups and downs already this week and I've noticed that when my self gets uptight and stressed out I am quick to be what I know the truth of mid-stream (as John suggests).  I now see all such situations as opportunities for such mid-stream goodness.  It's great and, as a bonus, it takes the heat out of any stress pretty quick too ... Everything that comes up, that is not of This, gets to be integrated - how lucky!  And before he left, I asked about doing another dialogue and asking him some of the many questions which have been sent in - and he said "yes."  So with luck, I'll be recording some more of John's Goodness for your listening pleasure in the near future!

Until next time,
Love,
